9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday
8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday
7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday

If you are arriving after hours, please contact the resort to make arrangements for your late check-in.

Special winter hours will be posted on office door.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY - Cleanliness is very important to us!!! To insure that all units are properly cleaned, please observe the check-in and check-out times.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM or by other arrangement with advance notice. Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS – Each additional person is $7.00 per day, per person. This charge covers extra housekeeping and utility expenses.

RESERVATION/PAYMENT POLICY – We hold our guests responsible for every day of their reservation. We charge for every day or your reservation, even if you arrive late or depart early.

Making your reservation is easy by either phone or through our online registration system. A 30% of total stay or minimum $50.00 deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. If booking online, a credit card deposit is due when reservation is made.

We accept MasterCard and Visa only.

When reserving by phone, a deposit is required by credit card or you can mail a check. All deposits made by check must be received 14 days from the date of making reservations. The balance is due upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY – A $50.00 processing fee will be assessed for all cancellations, regardless of timing or reason. A full refund, less the $50.00 processing fee, will be given for cancellations 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation or no show less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, will result in forfeiture of the 30% deposit paid at the time of the reservation and the $50.00 processing fee.

If you book two or more cottages for a family reunion or other gathering, a two month cancellation is required to receive a refund (less the $50.00 processing fee).

RATES – See http://www.blueladyresort.com/lodging.htm for currently pricing. We have special rates for spring, summer, fall and winter. We offer per night rates as well as weekly rates.

All rates are subject to availability. Tax is not included. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please call us or visit our website for a current rate list and seasonal specials.

PET POLICY – We have limited accommodations for well-behaved pets, subject to prior approval. A $9.00 per day, per pet charge will be applied to the lodging bill. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pets. Pets must not be left unattended on the property at any time.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL POLICY– We rent boats by the day or by the week. A day is considered from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. A 30% deposit is required for all boat rentals. A charge of $10.00 will be charged for each 30 minutes the boat is not returned after 6:00 pm. You must be 18 years old to rent a boat.

The following documents must be provided to rent a boat:

• A signed boat rental agreement (provided by Blue Lady Resort).
• A valid driver’s license
• A 30% deposit by cash or check

SMOKING POLICY- There are limited smoking units. Please specify when making reservations if you want a smoking unit. Otherwise, smoking is allowed outside, anywhere on the property.
